Carb-Down ™ is a dietary supplement to support weight control by neutralizing the calories from complex carbohydrates (from starch), promoting fat burning and maintaining normal blood glucose levels.

Carb-Down contains a starch neutralizer (Phase 2™ brand) that is an extract from the white kidney bean. Research shows that this extract can block the absorption of complex carbohydrates because it inhibits the enzyme alpha-amylase from breaking down carbohydrates from foods.

When alpha-amylase is blocked, the starch you eat cannot be converted to fat. Excess carbohydrate calories are excreted, not digested.

In a recent double-blind study, Phase 2™ starch neutralizer decreased the percentage of caloric burden from complex carbohydrates by 60%.

Carb-Down also contains Gymnema sylvestre and Chromemate ® to support appetite control and glucose metabolism.
