Return Policy
An online receipt or packing receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns.
Mountain Naturals offers an Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. Return any unused portion of the product for a full refund of the price paid for the item.
Please note that shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items. Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.
Gift certificates cannot be returned.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping hours are M-F 8:00am-4:30pm EST.
Orders are usually processed and/or shipped within 48 hours pending credit card verification, MON-FRI (except holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be processed up on Monday, or the next business day (if Monday is a national holiday) and shipped within 48 hours from processing date.
We use UPS and USPS to ship our products. Our website connects to UPS and USPS for live shipping quotes that are based on the product's shipping weight and destination.
*** Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs, are not subject for refund. Please check before ordering if your country has any restrictions. ***
