Return Policy
An online receipt or packing receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns.
Mountain Naturals offers an Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. Return any unused portion of the product for a full refund of the price paid for the item.
Please note that shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items. Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.
Gift certificates cannot be returned.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping hours are M-F 8:00am-4:30pm EST.
Orders are usually processed and/or shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification, MON-FRI (except holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a national holiday.
